1. Services Agreement

Value Gardening Hub provides professional garden design, landscaping, and maintenance services. All services are subject to these terms and conditions. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Project Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. Payment terms are net 15 days for maintenance services and progressive payments for installation projects.

3. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a 5-year warranty on hardscape installations and 1-year warranty on plant materials, subject to proper maintenance and care. Warranty does not cover damage due to weather, pests, or client modifications.

4. Liability and Insurance

Value Gardening Hub carries comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. Clients are responsible for marking utility lines before work begins.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Project cancellations require 48-hour notice. Design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Material orders placed on client's behalf may be subject to supplier cancellation fees.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Multnomah County, Oregon.
